Delegates operational responsibility to the executive director to ensure compliance with all financial and corporate laws.

Is responsible for hiring, supervising, and evaluating the agency’s executive director, as well as providing guidance as needed.

Members are dedicated community volunteers who are seeking to make a difference in the lives of severely traumatized children.
